ReScore Reseller Partner — Terms & Conditions (v1.0)

Between: ReScore (rescore.ai, operated by Ables, Kota, Rajasthan — “ReScore”, “we”) and the person or firm registering as a Reseller Partner (“Reseller”, “you”).

1. Appointment. ReScore appoints you as a non-exclusive reseller partner to introduce coaching institutes and schools (“Institutes”) to the ReScore platform. This is not employment, agency, partnership or franchise. You may not sign anything on ReScore’s behalf.
2. Commission. Your commission rate is the rate set by ReScore in your partner account and shown on your dashboard. It is added on top of ReScore’s price. By registering you accept the rate so set and any future revision notified on your dashboard. Commission becomes payable only after the Institute’s payment is actually received and not refunded. The dashboard record is the final record of commission.
3. All payments come to ReScore. Institutes pay ReScore directly through the platform. You must never collect cash, cheque or transfer from an Institute in your own name for ReScore services.
4. No paid advertising. You must NOT run Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram/Meta ads, YouTube ads or any paid online advertising using the ReScore name, brand, logo, links or screenshots, and must not bid on ReScore brand keywords, without ReScore’s prior written permission. Personal outreach, WhatsApp, meetings and referrals are welcome.
5. Price must be declared honestly. You must clearly tell every Institute the actual price payable on the platform. You must not quote a different price, promise unauthorised discounts, or make promises about ranks, results or features that ReScore has not published.
6. Institute data. Details of every Institute you onboard (and their students and test data) are stored on ReScore’s systems and belong to the ReScore platform. You consent to this. You must keep all such information confidential and must not sell or share it with anyone.
7. Intellectual property. All copyright, trademarks, software, question banks, test papers, designs and content are and remain the exclusive property of ReScore. Registration gives you no licence to copy, download, resell or reuse any of it.
8. KYC. The documents and numbers you upload (PAN, identity proof, GSTIN, Udyam, incorporation papers) must be true, current and belong to you/your firm. False documents end this agreement immediately and forfeit unpaid commission.
9. Taxes. You are responsible for your own income tax and GST. ReScore may deduct TDS as required by law.
10. Termination. Either side may end this arrangement with written notice. ReScore may suspend or terminate immediately on breach of these terms. Valid commission accrued up to termination will be paid; attribution disputes are decided by ReScore’s records.
11. Updates. ReScore may update these terms; the current version is always at this page and continued use of the dashboard after notice means acceptance.
12. Law & jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Kota, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.

By ticking “I accept” on the registration form you sign these terms electronically. Your name, date, time and IP address are recorded with the version number.
